This could occur if you are using a VGA monitor (rather than SVGA) with the VGA
video driver and have multiple windows open and maximized. If you have a SVGA
monitor be sure you are using the appropriate SVGA video driver.>>
Here is some more hints that I have noticed:
1) as I mentioned, it occurs on both desktop and laptop. Laptop is driver for
LCD screen.
2) When the window is maximized, the button appears, when minimized or
restored, it disappears. When I maximize twice, I get two buttons.
I will try the driver solution, but it doesn't feel like a video problem to me.
