What shows up when you use QuickZoom on the amount for this line? You should
get a transaction report. Using QuickZoom on one line of the report should
produce the transaction that created the entry, probably an invoice. Check the
item code used for the sales tax.

I found I'd mistyped the line item code. Fixed. (and, sadly, I owe a lot more
sales tax than I wanted to owe <G>)
