Greetings! I just wanted to let everyone know that Andover Advanced Technologies is in the process of opening a Forum for PhotoMorph users in this section. I will be feilding questions, providing sugestions & general support, as well as providing updates and the like. PhotoMorph is a Windows digital video special effects package that recently went to version 2.0. We've been able to provide features powerful enough for professional use, while retaining a straight-forward interface. By the Way, I am *new* to CompuServe so I have a learning curve to deal with. Please bear with me as I learn how to do (and how not to do 🙂 things! Ed Lecuyer Manager, Tech Support Andover Advanced Technologies North Coast Software

>Can it do video effects a la VideoToaster ? Elastic Reality for Windows does…in fact, you can create arbitrary digital video effects in a WYSIWYG manner, a first on the desktop. The Elastic Reality section in this forum will open shortly, btw. Jason ERI Tech Support

PhotoMorph 2, [PM 2] is a complete video special effects solution for the PC. Besides providing Morphing (ie: EXXON Tiger/ Car commercial) and Warping (as putting an image on a sheet of rubber and stretching / contorting it in any way) PM2 provides 22 Distortion effects, 256,000 transitions, Blue Screening / Chroma Keying / Luminance Keying, complete support for Alpha Channels, plenty of 'Colorization' Effects, and much more. In fact, PhotoMorph 2 treats images and video clips equally – except video clips change over time. This way, all of our effects can be applied to video clips as well as still images. In fact, when Digital Video magazine awarded PM 2 its 'Award of Excellence', they realized that PhotoMorph's seceret is that it is really a digital video editor. Additionally, effects can be layered three deep so that one can perform a Morph, while using a Blue Screen, and performing a transition! PhotoMorph's quality is of professional level, as evidenced in its usage among video specialists world-wide. Despite its capibilities, it is remakably easy to use, fast and inexpensive. There are other morphing packages for the PC, however none of our competitors match our overall feature set and price (under $100). If I can be of further assistance, let me know – and watch this space for the PhotoMorph forum. -Ed Lecuyer Manager, PhotoMorph Tech Support.
