i have a message waiting but cant get it. another sysop advised me ask you to
forward to me since i cannot get it and that way i willl be able to get new

Andy, if you are using a CIM product, select the "Get Waiting" option in the
"Messages" pull down and then perform the normal "Retrieve Marked" function.
