#Wacom Artpad

Anyone have any experience with Wacom artpads, the only program I am javing
problems with is Imagine, the pointer freezes up every time, sometimes I can
get some work done then boom, nothing….any ideas? I have treid the Wacom
Forum but they were no help, and I have the latest driver also.

We work on a realtive mouse driver code set, the pads all seem to work on a
fixed co-ordinate system. We have been trying to solve this problem for some
time now, we have a couple of pads that work but we need a more agressive
driver and are still working on it.

Thanks for the reply, I had talked to a service rep at Wacom and he didn't have
a clue but thought it may be something to do with Imagine not being able to
work with their absolute coordinate data…or whatever, it's all Cantonese to
me. When you do have a more aggressive driver let me know until then I'll just
replace my mouse when I use Imagine.

I've been shopping for a pad to use in conjunction with Imagine, if it
wouldn't be too much trouble do you have a list of pads that have been found to
work with Imagine? I'm seriously considering the Wacom Artz or the Kurta XGT
6×9 and would be purchasing a pad mostly to work with Imagine.
