#Matrox drivers?

I'm using 3ds3 on a Pentium with a Matrox MGA PCI /2. Are there any new driver options for video? Some things just don't seem to work quite right with the RCPADI, and the VIBRANT has no MGA option. In particular, I get unusual renderings in the Materials Editor, and the colors in the sliders are basically unrecognisable, with the slider indicators lost in there some where. I also get color only in the active window, black and white in the rest. It renders just fine to the PAR, and I fine tuned Gamma and other items in the 3DS.SET file. The main parts of the program look just fine, with the exception that the text size is really small at the high res. BTW it's going to a Viewsonic 17. I don't render to the screen generally, just to the PAR and an NTSC monitor. Any info on new driver's for Matrox will be much appreciated. Thanks. Brian

Brian – the current inline driver *does* have an MGA option. You can download it from Lib 3. Look for VIB3DS.ZIP. I have an MGA Impression and can't make it work with my old BIOS, but you have a newer board so may have more luck. Dave
