Kathleen, I have yet to talk to Jamie Carr in depth about this problem, but I certainly intend to. I also save my corrupted frames to send to him in case he needs to see what the problem is. It may be very minor. Razor Pro does work very quickly, I must say. Anyway, the titling feature is coming out on 12/5 and I believe a transition generator also. I also talked with some people who are beta testing Premiere 4.0 and they said it is 'painfully slow at the moment'. So, there it is. TTYL Jack

Thanks for the info. Please let me know when you talk to Jamie about it and what he thinks the problem is. Have you tried to do work with other files in the .ani format with better results? In other words, is the problem always there when you work with .ani's or does it "come and go"? What exactly is up with Premiere 4.0. I've heard conflicting reports- some say that the final release version will be compatable with the PAR, some say it won't. In the Adobe forum there was a message from a beta tester who reported that in its current state it was completely incompatable with the PAR, causing the program to hang when trying to save Targas to the PAR's drive? Do you know what the real story is?? Again thanks for the info Jack- I apprecite it. Kathleen

Kathleen, You may have seen the message I received from Jamie here. The sound problem is a problem, no resolution yet. In other words, I have a program that edits .wav files but the software the files that are captured with(Video for Windows) it makes it impossible to use them with Razor Pro. I saw the same stuff about Premiere. Supposedly it will be released in mid-December. Jack
