#MediaPhile products

MediaPhile Video Editing products for the Amiga offer low cost ($150) fully
multitasking control over consumer and industrial video devices including
infrared controlover devices as well. For info 603-898-3545 or send us an email
message. Products are also compatible with Toaster!
I have been using MediaPhile video editing products for about three years.
At present I have an MP 2.0S controller which I use to control a pair of
Sony EV-S7000 source decks and a Panasonic AG-1960 record deck. I also
have a Panasonic AG-7750 deck which I would like to use as the record deck
in place of the 1960. My questions are: (1) If I purchased the 3.0S/422
controller would I be able to use it to control my AG-7750 while at the
same time still controlling my two EV-S7000 decks via the present MP 2.0S
controller? (2) If the answer to question (1) is yes, would I require a
second serial port since apparently both the 2.0S and the 3.0S controller
require the Amiga's serial port? (3) Is there anyway to control both the
EV-S7000 source decks and the AG-7750 (RS-422 control) from the same
MediaPhile controller? (4) Has Interactive MicroSystems yet created a
device file for the Sony EV-S7000 Hi-8 deck? I paid $75 to upgrade to V.
3.9.8 of MediaEditor hoping to get a device file for the EV-S7000, but it
was not included.
Thanks for your help.
