Oh, I well understand. The respective views of the two sides of the
equation are worlds apart. And that is even in light of the fact that T
had a clearly defined and focused editorial purpose and executed it well
with minimal extraneous material or fluff. There is still an enormous
gulf.
I often say that people think magazines grow on trees. 🙂 People are
dumbfounded when I tell them that a publisher probably paid more for THAT
magazine than the reader did. Stops them dead in their tracks.
