#Broken CD32
2 messages in this thread
My CD32 got fried when my non-standard power supply got its wires crossed.
Anyone want it for, say, $100?
The unit powers up and the green light comes on. The CD will not spin up,
though. I think the CD motor took it on the chin. If you are handy with these
sorts of things, this could work out well.

I'm a handy dandy.
I might be interested if you'll throw in an A4000 with warp drive, and of
course all the other side attractions we've all come to expect for free. Then
if you'll condsider the use of your summer cottage in Vienna, all trip fees,
meals, and percs included for about six or seven seasons along with allowing
all my relatives from Frozen Sneakers, Iowa free use of your home, and all it's
facilities while you, and your family hang out at the local downtown mission
for about 3 years then I just may consider it if your lucky.
Please E-mail me immediately but only when you see a 2 headed deep sea diver
wearing a red wind breaker on a unicycle standing on his head while smoking
Passing clouds cigarettes, and reciting the Gettysberg address backwards in
Cantonese. This you must record on video for my scrutiny as his heads must be
properly placed on the seat of the cycle.
Then, and only then I just may consider it.
I know, sorry the work schedule has finally did it to me.
I do think that I may be able to repair the damage in the said device sir.
If you'll pay me a $300- service, and repair fee I'll gladly take it off your
hands for the $100- asking price.
Your nonsensical friend.
