Our purpose here is to answer general product questions, take user suggestions
for new features or new products, post IDI news regarding new and current
products, post patches, bug-fixes, etc. We are not able to respond to in-depth
tech questions here online.

The Amiga market has always been odd, and with Commodore's demise, there is
very little recourse third party vendors have but to hammer away at Amiga
hardware and software problems on our own. Because of the size of the Amiga
market along with the spending habits of the Amiga user (compared to Mac or PC
users), the list of surviving Amiga vendors continues to dwindle. In reading
some of the posts in our new forum here, I wonder why I don't simply post my
address and invite Amiga users over to my house to beat me with assorted clubs,
sticks, and bats. We will continue to support the Amiga market as our
resources permit.

Yes, it is sad… however, maybe it won't be true for much longer (uh, meaning
someone will pick up the Amiga rather than IDI going the way of Commodore!).
