I have a Matrox MGA Ultima+ 4Meg PCI card and I can't get the vibrant drivers
to recognize it ( I get and ERROR 2031 or something like that saying "MGA not
found" during the test video mode or at 3DS startup)
If I run MGA's VESA emulator, it works if I chose the Vibrant, generric VESA
drivers, but (a) it is really slow and (b) I only get 256 colors.
I called Matrox, and they had no answer, their diags all check out and Windows
works fine in all graphics modes.
FYI. I also have the latest (105) version of the vibrant drivers.
any suggestions?
