A question, though. What makes the Hurricane board "preferable" to other
boards, such as the ones from CSA, which also piggyback to the Amy 1000?

one thing for sure…price…on the other hand it might be missing other godies
like MMU stuff and so on,but I had a chance to see it in action and first…It
fits inside the A1000, second its affordable and from gossip I heard CSA asked
them for the design of the board because CSA could NOT come with a design that
could fit inside the Amiga, again this last comment is gossip…

I was suitably interested in the Hurricane board that I eneded up deciding on
an Escort 2 memory expansion unit instead of getting an Insider. Having that
space inside the 1000 might come in handy.
Do you know of anyone who has had a chance to use the board?
