I read your message regarding NFS on Amiga. NFS is available now from
Ameristar Technology (576) 698-0834. I say it last month and was able to give
it a try. The Amiga was using the disks of a Sun workstation. You can open
Workbench across NFS and click on files just as if they were local. You can
also access them via CLI.

I work in a lab which has a new Sun 3/110 which supports NFS. I don't
have any experience with NFS yet, but your message interests me. Do I
understand your message to imply that I can use the Sun hard drive as a place
to keep Amiga software which can then be accessed by the Amiga? What else will
NFS do for an Amiga hooked onto it? How does one hook the Amiga up to the Sun
– by Ethernet?
As you can see, I don't have much of a feel for what NFS is and what it
does; can you suggest where I can get some introductory info on NFS? Thanks.
