Well, I finally ended up ordering a Micon Technologies 2 meg board and their one slot chassis from a local dealer. Does anyone out their know of any plans to market Zorro-2 boxes for the Amiga 1000 (aside from Pacific Peripherals). And for how much? I don't think that 2 slots and a power supply ought to cost $249. That's almost the price of an XT clone without the hard drive and monitor. Gee, one would think that connectors and a ps would run over $150 in cost. Is this one way to encourage everyone to go with the 2000 and abandon the 1000? Hmm. Perhaps I ought to get a 2000 after all. I understand that in a small market that the limited quantity of sales would tend to raise the price of a product. I guess $250 or so will be the best we'll see for a powered 2 slot Zorro-2 card for the Amiga 1000. Oh well. BTW, when is the new file system supposed to be released? Winston

Winston, ASDG (the designers of the Micron 2 Meg board) are planning on selling a 2000+1 card cage that will accept A1000 or A2000 boards, including the BridgeCard. I'm not sure of the expected price. Don
