Has anyone got any idea as to why this code loses 40 bytes each time it's
run? If the port is private, I use DeletePort() with no memory loss, however
the code below opens a public port and that's when the 40 bytes are not
returned. Am I forgetting something? (I suspect a bug in the RemPort call)
#include <exec/types.h> #include <exec/ports.h> main(argc, argv) int argc; char
*argv[]; {
struct MsgPort *this_port, *CreatePort();
if ((this_port = (struct MsgPort *)CreatePort("test.port",0)) == NULL)
{
printf("Error opening port.\n");
exit(30);
}
printf("Port opened.\n");
RemPort(this_port);
printf("Port removed.\n");
return(0); } Please send any ideas to: Buddy [74615,541] Thanks!
