Joergen, if you've got more specific information about what chip that is, I'm
interested… I would never dare to take a soldering iron to my machine myself,
but I've got a friend who does it for a living.
(The ribbon cable doesn't seem >that< long… less than a foot from end to

in 5 minutes I am going to 'unwrap' my Amiga for the first time to see what is
inside.
