What do you think of the recent modem review in PC magazine where the HST
Dual Standard was unable to connect with anything? Or nothing was able to
connect with it from the other side. They were testing high speed modems
and were using the v42-type standards that the others supported, not HST.
The data they recieved would seem to say that the usr dual-standard modem
can only connect with itself, and no other high speed modem on the market.
Actually they probably didn't test all of them. They did not test the HST
side.
