Amiga CRPGs have really taken off this year — just got my first glimpse at
Horrorsoft/Accolade's ELVIRA, MISTRESS OF THE DARK CRPG, and it's quite
amazing graphically and aurally, hope it lives up to its advertised promise
of "over 100 hours of play…"….! The graphics and animations beat
everything else I've seen in the genre cold, though I kinda suspect that
might be at some cost to the gameplay. Five 880k disks of highly-compressed
code!
