Book Sales has shut down for the holiday, but on January 2, you can just
call (919) 677-8000 x5042 and talk to the Sales Person. They will be more
than happy to handle getting you upgraded. If they have you in the data
base it will be a snap, otherwise you will have to provide them with some
proof that you have the product.
