Rick, I have left a message here and also on the Impulse answering machine without result, so I'm gonna try again. Can you tell me the syntax that is used to assign function keys to specific functions in the CONFIG file? There is nothing in either manual that explains this, and the more I use Imagine, the more I would like to assign functions such as Attributes. Thanks for your help. Don

Don, call Impulse and request an updated reference manual. It includes the information you're requesting. Assigning function keys requires entering 7 digits. Function key # 1 in the detail editor is FD01. Shifted function key #1 is FD11. Forms, Cycle and Stage are FF, FC and FS, respectively. Following the function key number you wish to assign, enter a three digit number, which represents the menu number, the item number and the sub-menu number, if applicable. To assign Attributes to Function Key 7 (like Turbo Silver), enter: FD07 390 in your configuration file. Hope that helps. –Rick
