I am looking for some software code that will allow the capturing of a
frame of video, based on TimeCode numbers, through VLAN, using the frame
grabbing utility in the Toaster. Basically, a GPI trigger of the Frame
Grabber at a preset timecode number from a Sony 9850 VTR.
