I've been having difficulty loading ADPro saved images into DPaintIV. I don't know if it's a fluke or a bug in one of the programs. Generally, I load a 24-bit IFF (From toasterPaint) into ADPro and save it as 16-color IFF for DPaint. When I load it in DPaint, it asks if I want to change to the format of the picture (hiRes, 16 color). If I say yes, Dpaint switches to HiRes and fails to load the picture (Bad IFF Form). But if I say no and say in Low Res, Dpaint loads the picture just fine (although only 1/4 of the picture is visible at a time). All I have to do then is Switch Screen Format to HiRes. BUT, the extra step is a pain in the tuckus, especially if I'm using several brushes. So, any Ideas ADPro guys? Or, how can I contact the EA guys? P.S. I sent my ADPro upgrade in a week or two back. Are you shipping? Are you backed logged? I'm looking forward to 2.0 <-SJK->

Ummm. EA has done some pretty funky (and questionable) things in DPAINT in the past..,please try your scenerio again when you get the upgrade. Upgrades are being shipped in the order they were received. We are backlogged and expect to be caught up before Christmas. Thanks for your patience. pk
