New Ham E Owner

Ben,
The nearest Amiga dealer is fifty miles away, so I don't make it over there
very often. However, I don't like to buy by mail order very often. Anyway,
I'd been interested in Ham E for a long time but was waiting to see one
first before buying. Well, the dealer had one in stock this trip so I
bought it!
Let me compliment you on such a fine product. Not only are the Ham E
pictures on the sample disk great, but regular Amiga graphics are much
better now too. It seems that while my flicker-fixer is great for text, the
ff distorts graphics somewhat. Now I've rigged up a switch box to toggle
between the Ham E and the FF. The combination works very well with my Sony
1302 monitor.
After setting up the switch box Friday, I mailed in the registration for
the Ham E. It is serial # 285. It seems to be one of your early models
since all the controls were internal, not like the article in Amazing
described your newer models. Also the latest files on the disks that came
with it were dated November 1990. There were no manuals either, just a thin
folder telling how to set the unit up.
I've downloaded IP and the newer paint program from here in the Vendor
area. Also a GIF viewer program and other utilities. However when I try to
use the viewer program it says I need the Ham E library. There's no Ham E
library on the disks that came with the unit and I didn't come across it
when I decompressed the files I downloaded. Is it here somewhere or can I
download it from your BBS after you receive my registration? I'd also like
to order any manuals available and/or any software that comes with the
current Ham E units.
Congratulations again on such a fine product. The excellent support from
Black Belt here on CIS is one of the main reasons I became interested in
Ham E in the first place. That and being compatible with AmigaVision,
Mostra etc.
One final question, the only file format that I haven't been able to load
into IP is Dynamic Hi-Res. The files load but look all wrong. Is there a
