Gentlemen,
Having talked to your representitive by phone today, the excuse used
for the (2)second delay in release of the product is truly incomprehensible and
not really acceptable !!!. The excuse that it should take (4) four more weeks (
1 month) to produce the manual for the program, and that the program is ready
now, just doesn't jibe. Had I known that your development and testing was so
far lagging your written delivery date, I would have done just as well to
purchase an alternate package of equal ability (and they are there) wether it
be for Amiga or IBM (both of which I own). This in a way re-affirms the
numerous complaints registered online by ohters who had purchased your
products. I have fallen seriously behind in an Air Force project I had intended
to use your package on, and now find I must use an alternate method. As far as
customer service goes, this action indicates that it is not important to you
wether an individual purchases your product or not, and wether you have in such
cases recieved your payment in advance. (2 months in advance) I hope that when
I should be so lucky as to see the program, that I will be in a position to use
it on any projects worthwhile !!

"The manual is at the printers" is a common industry-wide excuse translating as
"This program isn't NEAR release, but the excuse sounds promising, hmm?"
Unfortunately, release dates are almost NEVER accurate. Usually off by, oh,
two months or so. I never believe in anything until it is resting comfortably
in my hands!

Mike,
Thats why I used the open forum for my complaint about their service,
maybe that kind of stuff will stop if enough publicity is made in open forum
instead of private letters. Thanks for the RE.
