I am importing .dxf files from an autocad operator using release 11. Some
of the files work great but some of the files have filets that are either
rotated 90 degrees or more from where they should be (almost if they
experienced a flip or flop command). I have never had this problem from
any other .dxf file that I have imported. He claims that when he calls the
.dwg file up on his computer, the fillets look fine. Is there something I
am doing to this particular file, or is there something I can tell this guy
to look for (a switch or command) to see if we can resolve this problem. I
am not very familiar with AutoCad so I can't really help his end of the
problem.
Also, sometimes the fillet's have only one segment (they are actually a
straight line where they should have at least three segments.) Can you give
me some advice.

The two DXF experts who'd be able to help you with this are PhilD and
YannB. Hopefully one of them can help you figure out what's going on with
the file.
