David, for what it's worth I have used Mike's VTOT professionally and find
it a terrific help as a utility. Hope you can help Mr. Berro get some
shareware income for his efforts.

I second Frank's opinion of Mike Berro's VTOT. It is an excellent tool if
you are serious about video quality. I think it fits under the term
"PROFESSIONAL".
