Oxxi and Leon were in a middle of a law suit last time I spoke to Leon ( a
couple of weeks ago). He was very optimistic however, since it looked like
he was going to get an injunction against Oxxi real soon. If I were to buy
the Benchmark compiler at this point I would definitely get it from
Avant-Guard (Leon's company). Leon even managed to work on improvements in
between litigations. I think he can be persuaded to provide some support
for Oxxi's customers, but you would have to talk to hime about that. For
all the problems Leon and Oxxi are having, the Benchmark compiler is in a
much better shape than the TDI package. – Steve –
