I have tried to reach customer service for over a week, with constant busy signals, whenever I called. I bought the #3231A BSR external CD Rom drive, which works well, but one of the bundled CD's,Family Doctor, will not display images on the screen properly (only 1/4 of the image appears at the top). After trying to contact Technical info unsuccesfully, I returned the CD on 10/30/92 by insured parcel post. So far,I have received nothing in return, and have been unable to contact customer service, to find out if the CD was received at your company. HOW do I contact customer service?????? Al. K.

Al, >>I have tried to reach customer service for over a week, with constant busy signals, whenever I called.<< I have never been able to reach DAK's customer assistance via their 800 number. I've tried on dozens of occasions. When I try the regular number, I get connected right away. I think they only have 1 (or very few) 800 lines. Regards, Denny

I had the same problem with DAK's Family Doctor CD Rom. It turned out to be not enough available DOS memory. When I removed TSR's and moved a bunch of drivers into high memory, the images displayed entirely. I've also had the same problem contacting DAK's tech support. I have been able to get to them by dialing the regular business number and asking the operator to transfer the call to tech support.

Thanks for the input. My replacement arrived on Dec 24th(7 weeks after I returned it). The images still won't display properly, so I will try moving some more things into high memory. I appreciate your help Al Kaplan
