Sharon, Received drive in time for christmas, thanks very much for your efforts. I believe that one of Murphy's Laws states anything put together or installed Christmas Eve will not work. I have a slight problem that I hope you or your tech rep can help me with. I installed drive and board, then loaded software. When I rebooted machine to activate drivers I received the following messages. (c) 1986-1991 FUTURE DOMAIN CORP. CD-ROM loadable driver version 2.13 **** Reset SCSI Bus **** DRIVER NOT NEEDED. No Adapter found. The MSCDEX.EXE driver generated the following message; Device driver not found: "MSCD510x". No valid CDROM device drivers selected. I have a PAS audio board in the machine and I thought that there could be a conflict between it and the drive. I removed the PAS and still received the the same messages. I changed the IRQ setting on the board to the one used by LPT2, no go. I thought maybe modem card, removed it, no go. I have spent two days trying to figure out the the solution. I would definitely appreciate any assistance you or anyone else can give me. <J*E*J> ***It rains in Spain mainly on the Plains***
