Is the format of the Kodak Photo CD something similar to PCX, GIF, or BMP
to be read with some of the public domain viewers, or is another viewer
required ?
The format of Photo CD is proprietary but their access software can convert
to something like GIF, TIFF, etc. Basically convert it to something you
can use on your computer.
