I noticed that you have a Sony 9850 with Diaquest controller. I just
obtained a Sony 9850, and can't figure out how to lay time code to tape.
I've followed the Diaquest manual and the 3DS suggestion to use the
blackburst signal for video in, but when I press Rec/Play, the TC digital
output does not advance and the Time Code indicator light does not come on.
When I play back the tape after recording, there is no time code.
Have you encountered similar problems in formating your tapes? I'm
stumped. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
