#Toolworks MM World Atlas
3 messages in this thread
I bought the Software Toolworks MultiMedia World Atlas Version 3.00 back in
October. The program runs under Windows, and was continuously locking up,
requiring a reboot. I called their tech support line, and was told that the
latest version 3.01 corrects the problem. The tech guy told me to send the
disc to him and he would send me the new version. I Fedex'd it. It's been
over 2 months and 5 long distance phone calls, and I have yet to receive
the upgrade. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience
with them, and if anyone has a suggestion on how I should proceed with
this.
What do they say when you phone them ? I'm just about to call them (I have
v3.0 too) As I'm in the U.K., it's *very* long distance if it goes wrong !

It seems the new version of the Software Toolworks MM World Atlas is now in
stock. As luck would have it, I got my disc in the mail today! I don't
think you will have to wait too long. The new version is 3.2 and you should
mail them your old disc (they don't want the manuals back) with a letter
requesting the new version. As you know, their address and phone number is
conveniently printed right on the disc.
Good luck!
