Hello, I need some help if possible… I am running an A4000 with GPFax and a Supra v.32bis Faxmodem and have had great success, but I recently upgraded to a USRobotics HST Dual Standard with Fax (v.32ter) and the GPFax Class 1 soft- ware and cannot get the modem to correctly send or receive a fax. I set the tooltypes, MODEMTYPE=USR and DELAY=2 but still I get a "Modem Error" reported by GPFax each time… I don't know if there is a support address for GPFax, but hoped someone online had the same configuration and could help me out of a very tight spot, as I use the modem as a Business fax… (Among other things <g>) Thanks for any assistance! Don- The Class 1 driver for the USR modems was originally for the Sportster and then the Courier. I don't think it has been tested with the new highspeed v.32ter(bo) modems. -Jonathan // Amiga online via Autopilot \\// MAC Quadra 700 & 486 emulation via Amiga!

Johanthan, Thanks for the reply… I sort of figured as much… I don't know why things would change that much within products, but I've seen it happen before… I think I have a net address for the creator of GPFax, so I will try to make contact and find out if there is some way to make the current version work or if it will require a patch or re-write… Whichever, I will post the info in case anyone else is having the same problems… Don Suhr – Haven't gone Auto yet… But probably will. Mac Quadra & CrossPC… No 486 yet either. Some people have _all_ the luck… <g> [A/type
