I just upgraded my HD from a Quantum 52 Meg to a Maxtor 245Meg. I first
had a problem when I warm booted. Fixed that by using Experprep and
change the boot priority to 5 (from -10). Only now something is still a
little squirilly. I use the KD_freq and also AutoPilot. If I select
something to do then leave the program. The gadget that had been a "P" is
no longer a "P". With the KD_Freq everytime I use a program that uses it,
I have to enter my registration key. Any ideas?

Your KDFreq sounds like it lost the ENV/kd_freq/ where the registtration
key and user information is stored. Check in the ENVarc directory to see
if it is missing. Also check the startup-sequence to see that youy
haven't wiped out the creation of the RAM:ENV directory of the call to
IPrefs.

Thanks Wayne,
I fixed the problem by moving the KD_Freq.library out of the LIBS:
directory then back in again. That caused the Personal Information screen
to re-appear and allowed me to update the registration information. All
is well now.
