I heard that there is a Transputer boards made for Amiga now by a company call U.S. Cybernetics. I also heard that there are various software being compile under this Transputer's own compiler. I wondering if Impulse is taking part in this. Is this Transputer thing real or is it just a joke.

Here is the deal, The guy who supposedly owns this technology is named Ron Henry. I have been talking to him for over two years. He has promised me no less than a dozen times that he would be sending the board to us in "two week" he has been making this promise for two years, I think that this is longer than two weeks and even longer than it takes us to write software. He indeed may have such a product,. and maybe he has a deal with some other company that makes a product like Imagine and maybe that other company has said, "Dont you sell those boards or development system to Impulse or we are going to take our business elsewhere." But for my dollars, Mr. Henry is full of Light Beams and needs to come clean or let someone like yourself know what is really going on. Because for the life of me, I have no idea what is going on. Sorry. If you get ahold of him please let me know what you find out and hopefully it wont take two weeks but I dont hold much hope.

Greetings Thanks for the reply about the Transputer. Sounds like the Cybernetic thing is another VapourWare or another case of Ware is it ? 🙂 Just got my 2.9 and will be trying it out. Thanks for sending. Best Regards, Sze C
