I downloaded the Tag bbs source file 'tagsrc.arc' and in one of its
files'READMEorDIE' it says the instructions are in a file called tag103.arc .
I can't locate that file. I also dl'd the introduction file to tagbbs (I
can't remember the exact name tag***.txt), which didn't have the operating
instructions. Was it renamed? I BROwsed with the key word TAG but no
results. HELP!
