Too many cards, maybe not enough slots. I'm running an Amiga 4000 with a Video Toaster and AmiLink. That's two slots gone – or maybe three and that's the problem. I added a Fastlane SCSI card and want to install a Studio 16. Unfortunately the Video Toaster daughtercard carrying the BNC connectors overlaps the second slot on the macine. The screwheads attaching the daughterboard literally sit over the second slot. So, does anyone have any suggestions viz a viz using the second slot? Use different screws to secure the daughterboard? Put non-conductive material between the two and just cram another card into the second slot? If any of the cards go, it will be the Fastlane. But I'll still need SCSI access. Does the A4091 use a slot? If not, what version of the SuperBuster chip is required? I have the -09 rev. Jerry

In the back of Video Toaster User there's always an ad from a company called Ambitious Technologies for their Toaster Oven. The ad is for the Oven 3000, but I called them a while back and they said they had a version for the 4000 ready. It's supposed to allow 4 P.C., 4 Zorro III, and the Video Slot simultaneously, and it has 10 drive bays and a 300 watt power supply. Last price I saw was $629.95. Their number is (310) 532-0787.

Thanks, Kevin! Sounds like that could do the trick. I'll give them a call! Jerry
