'finger' is a Unix utility that tells you something about another user on the
system. It will give you a number of facts.. tells you if they are logged on.
If not, it tells you when they were last on, and for how long. If so, it tells
you how long they have been logged on, how many times they are logged on, and
so on. If the person has a '.plan' file in his home directory, it will tell you
the contents of it.
It is not useful for an Amiga that is not networked.
