Daniel: Sorry if I gave the wrong impression to anyone. My motherboard
connectors are in the correct place, just not seated properly. (bent
over).
I eventually used a magnifying glass to look for dry joints, and that's
when I found the two pins on the back of the board that had got bent, and
were touching. I should have looked there first, since after buildng my
own Stereo Amp I had some circuit board problems.

Glad to hear all is working well…as for having to resize the window
every time, I don't know for sure what can be done to avoid this
nuisance.
