I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy Video Toaster User. It's by far
the most useful and informative magazine I've ever read. It's amazing the
number of times I've developed a question about something, then skimmed
through the back issues and found an article which explains it completely.
In March I was trying to figure out how I could wrangle tickets to NAB,
and was about to lay out $125, when I opened the April/May issue and VTU
was offering tickets for only $10!! This month I am seriously considering
buying the new Sony UVW Betacam machine and also the PIV2001 editing
system, and I open up the January issue to find a review of both, plus the
details on the lawsuit against the PIV2001 folks! I really appreciate the
complete and unbiased reviews; the Cyberspace section usually has some
great info on PD/Shareware programs; even the all-important audio side of
video production is covered. And then, to top it all off, you send me the
"Beyond the Edge" video! It's one of my better investments. Thanks.
