Alan, thanks very much for your suggestion. I ran VPROMODE and set the monitor to VESA 75 and can now see AniPro again ! I called Diamond on 408-736-2000 a few weeks ago when problem first encountered bu was kept on hold for a very long time and they outlasted me- I hung up. Last week I tried sending a fax to 408-773-8000 but never connected- busy signal I think. Then I sent a message to their BBS 408-524-9301 but no reply to date. Maybe Diamond offers excellent tech support and I'm just unlucky…? Thanks again, Alan. Rudy

Rudy, timing is important to help get a warm-body at Diamond tech support. I got through in about 5-10 minutes at 4:55pm on a Friday. Alan tells me he gets up very early to catch 'em without waiting forever – reminds me of fishing <g>.

He-He… Yeah, and like fish, "fresh" tech-people are much better to deal with!<g> -Alan

Alan, >> like fish, "fresh" tech-people are much better to deal with! << ROFL. There's probably a book on that whole science.

You are most welcome, Rudy. This may sound a little extreme, but for most tech calls I use my data/fax number with a speaker phone. It just sits there 'till someone answers <g>. If you start early in the morning, it helps too. Glad you are up and running… -Alan
