I have been having some problems with PowerWindows 2.5B and Inovatools 1. Let me describe them to you all, and hopefully somebody will have a fix! 🙂 In my program I have three windows opened on a lores custom screen. All three have gadgets, the first has a Menu strip, the second has a PopUpMenu strip. I have observed the following behavior: 1.If I "Generate Code" more than once during any session, the numbers that PW assigns to my gadgets in the second and third windows are adjusted by the maximum gadget number generated by the PREVIOUS "Generate Code"! For example, window 1 should have gadgets 1 – 39, window 2 should have gadgets 40 – 48, and window 3 should have gadget 49. The first time through, PW generates code with the correct gadget numbers. The second time, window 1 gadgets are correct but window 2 gadgets are numbers 50 – 58 and window 3 is gadget 59. The third time through, window 2 will be 60 – 68 and window 3 is gadget 69. Obviously, a pointer is going screwball somewhere! I have not yet tried the "Kill all windows", option in PW, then reloading the saved file. It ought to work, but without FACC II would involve a lot of disk grinding! 🙂 2. I have tried to generate a PopUpMenu in window 2. From within PW, everything looks fine.
