I'm using both Vapor and Flame IPAS. I'm using the default setting, and
adjusted the start frame to 0 and the end frame to 30, I also adjusted the the
life span to
15. My problem is that I don't see any effects until frame 3 in my animation
should I adjust these number differtant? I have look in the manual and i'm not
finding the ansewer? Can anyone help?

The effect ramps up over a couple of frames, so you just might not be seeing
the tiny particles being emitted on frames 1&2. If you want to cut the effect
in sooner, just slide your animation around in TrackInfo and start the
Vapor/Flame effect a couple of frames sooner.
