#Deluxe Paint III info
1 messages in this thread
Here is advance information about Deluxe Paint III.
First, the new features.
– The biggest addition is animation. You can use this in several ways.
For example, define a brush, set a distance for it to travel, a rotation,
and the number of animation frames to do the movement. This is all set
from one requester. – Animated brushes: create a multi-frame animation,
pick it up as a brush and use it as you'd use any other brush. – Allows you
to paint on multiple frames just like painting on a single picture.-
Compression: DPaint III requires 1 meg; and most of the features are
avaiable in just that one meg (except for functions using lots of hi-res).
– Uses the ANIM file format.
Extra paint features:
– Extra-halfbrite support. – Direct overscan painting. – Wrap and tint
brush modes. – Improved airbrush tool. (It works with the other tools in
more ways.) – Improved font support. The requester lets you see a font
before loading it. – Improved speed on many features, such as the
perspective draw.
