Will the U.S. Postal Service rate increase affect your usage of that
service?
In other words, since they are increasing the cost to send a first
class letter, will you switch more to other means of information
distribution (such as FAX, modem, etc.)? How much do you find
yourself using the USPS now?
I am working on a small article and want to get some background data
on the results of the increase.
