Sadly – it is with Personal Producer.
I like the board – I find the software, shall we say…educational.
But really…
1. I'm doing Hi-8 to SVHS editing. For the price this was a good set up. AX
roll transitions, scolling titles, etc.
2. I use the Ilum16 a lot for capture from live tape – then I edit the
resulting Targa files in Picture Publisher 4.0 to add titles and do image touch
up.
3. I'm working on using to Ilum 16 for Windows Graphics output to tape –
although this is a marginal application.
