Hello Rick,
the Videomachine DVE Chips are controlled by the VM software and there
you have a "DVE Editor" Window to modify parameters like Size,
Rotation, Borders, Mosaik and many more. You can add your own DVE's
by modifying the factory presets like: tumbles, picture in picture,
zooms, squeezes, wipes, et cetera, but you are
1.) limited to the options the editor softeware offers.
2.) limited to the quality of the DVE Chips
3.) limited to 2d effects
Most of the DVE's are OK, but I had some problems with slow zooms.
