That sounds good – I'll set up a May 3-10th slot around the meeting with the
understanding that it might slide a day or two either way, and play it by ear
from there.

we will see what happens when May gets here. I am trying to get to the Dog Mtn.
amethyst locality and the official trip will probably be to that zeolite
locality the rain chased us out of. We will have to plan a couple other things
to keep me over there a day or two.
The Tucson Show is a lot of fun and for those of us in the northern states it
definitely can be a great break from winter. Although the weather down there is
typically in the 60s to 70s in early Feb. it can be in the 80s, but then it
also can rain a fair bit and even snow. You need to take a vacation at that
time and take in the show. It is nearly an overwhelming experience the first
time or two, but one sure can get in a lot of mineral viewing.
