Good to see you back. Did you or anyone else check out page 63 of the
January AmigaWorld magazine? There is a notice from the US Bankruptcy
Court regarding CBM, asking any creditors to respond by Jan. 17, 1994.
Mabie this is holding things up.

No, James. That's simply a notice we're required to publish. The document is
not a notice capable of "holding things up" or, unfortunately, expediting the
process.

I think as someone else mentioned, I don't think that can affect things
— it is just a notice for anyone who would have a claim on the proceeds from
the sale to make it known.

The notice states it is an involuntary petition. These are initiated by
creditors. This is likely an attempt by the creditors to assert US jurisdiction
over the liquidation. How this action figures into the Bahama liquidation at
this point is clear as mud. This may be a precautionary measure by the
creditors or signify darker intentions…
